I seem to have a run on boiler cabinets at the moment. I have almost completed this one in Pine:

I have another one in MDF which is being painted at the moment too. After these jobs I have two sets of drawers to make to fit existing units, (Should be fun)

Are you sure about this Mailee, I don't see any vents. I don't know of any boiler that doesn't need some when being boxed in like that.

Yes, vents will be top and bottom and the side that is out of view. I have to make sure its correct as the customer is a plumer!

How do you find the spraying, obviously your very good at it with your prior job but any plans for a spray booth?

And the unit looks excellent!

Yes Chems, when funds and time allow I have plans in the pipeline to make the back corner of the workshop my spraybooth. There is an outlet there for an extractor so it is the logical place for one. At the moment I am living hand to mouth until I have a bit more in the bank.

Thanks Steve. The finish is a mid Oak stain with an acrylic varnish on top. This was then rubbed down with steel wool and a final thin coat of the varnish added.
