Didn't expect this many replies! Not been on the computer for a couple of days to check but appreciate every single bit of help so far, thank you all! Gives me some good places to start 
So I removed the belt and the wobble is still just as bad. There is no play in the wheel though it feels pretty solid.
Although not certain, I think I found where the noise is coming from (the pulley area) but im struggling getting it apart to check it out any further. I am pretty sure I have removed all the grub screws/nuts needed but its not shifting at all so I think I need to go buy a new gear puller when I get chance (I can't seem to find my old one) and hopefully that will help remove both the bottom wheel and the pulley.
Will post new video up later with where I am up to so far
