The plate on the motor and the image of the wires connected up tells me that the brown wire on the motor is live (terminal AZ, "line" on the info plate) and the blue wire is neutral (terminal A, "N" on the plate). The yellow and green wire on the motor is earth - so the motor is all the normal colours. Without seeing the switch, I would guess that the three wires you want are the brown, black and yellow/green which would correspond to the live, neutral and earth respectively. The other two wires I would hazard a guess are for connecting a remote stop switch. Maybe put a multi-meter on the switch before connecting up - when you energise the switch, you should see 240V across the brown/black and brown/G+Y terminals. Test for voltage first, then touch the two blue wires for continuity and see if that de-energises the switch.
