Congrats--Dave's chisels are wonderful. Hold a great edge and fit the hand oh so well.

Take care, Mike
where are the bevel edged ones <g>. Great for DTs btw.

In what way is this "not really a gloat"? No-one ever sends me plastic rulers and bits of blank white paper in the post. [-(

Cheers, Alf

Waka, excuse my ignorance, what are they? Skew chisels, dovetail chisels? Either way, they are very nice looking tools!

Chisels are Ok, but that ruler

Funnily enough, I was round Bean's house yesterday and he showed me a picture of those in a mag - he was drooling uncontrollably. I soon joined him. Lovely chisels Tony

Had to settle for LN for my DT set, having said that Dave is looking into making me some Blue Spruce paring chisels.

You should know by now that its not plastice ruler but a B&Q straight edge, HID's must have slipped the chisels into the pick without me knowing.

They are quoted in the paperwork as dovetail skew chisels.

Tony, you shouldn't drool over such things, if you order now you could be feeling them sometime next week.

Now, Now Chaps!
Play nicely! I hate having my ears burn when I'm out foraging around looking for a spare tool or two.....
This week I have actually been making things.....
