Looking at my Toolbay.net catalogue from 2000, 10-48mm capacity were £35 each and 10-80mm £70 each :( Not sure of a current stockist

The Gross Stabil site has some interesting clamps - they seem similar to Bessey - is there a UK distributor or do I have to call my mates in germany?

Anyway, when are you going to arrange a visit mate

Barry, you have obviously got too excited looking at all those new tools and the pages are already stuck together on your Rutlands catalogue  Take a look at page 83.

As I said Toolbay used to do the whole range but they seem to have disapeared, so it looks like a call to Germany or contact GS for a dealer.

I do a lot of edging, and I considered the pupose made edge clamps, but in the quantity I needed they just weren't economical. Instead I use the aluminium sash cramps, Axminster do some 800mm units at about £5 each. I know they only work if you can get to the back of the panel, so wouldn't be any good if edging was being applied as an afterthought.
Using the Axminster clamps means that when I'm doing several panels at a time I can stack them up against the wall while the glue is drying

Jason I got the Rutland cat ,GWW and Shopnotes all together so I went through with haste - thanks for the info.
I was looking for 2 clamps especially to fit edging after the event. - usually use sash clamps as John said.
