I need to shift my Kity Table Saw and Planer Thicknesser to make room in the workshop.

Kity 617 tilting table saw

Light hobby use from new.
Table 400 x 550 with L & R mitre slots
Depth of cut 67mm typical with the current fitted blade
Mitre gauge
Fence
Blades (several when I find them all!)
Drive belt
Adaptor to take 8" dado head for those who like them

Looking for a good home for a faithful tool

Only disposing of it as I have a newer bigger CI table saw now
It has been taken off a CK26 Combi machine and has no stand or motor. Normally runs with 2HP motor

Assistance will be offered to help with motor fitting if needed.

Suitable new motors will cost about £100 delivered from Ebay vendors
So with a little effort you will have capable machines very cheaply.

Both items are collection only ASAP from Romsey (SO51 5RS postcode)

This is a genuine offer so no timewasters please

Very generous of you Bob =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> Someone is going to start the new year with two very nice machines, and all for the cost of a couple of motors.

Whoever the lucky member is I hope you will let us know when you get them up and running.

Cheers

Mike

If I had the space, I'd have taken the table saw off your hands. :( But, I agree with Mike's comment - and I also hope the new owner(s) keep us updated with plenty of photographs in time!

Both Kity machines were collected this morning and the new owner has promised to post pictures of them once they have been fitted with new motors and stands.

I now have some space in the workshop! Woo Hoo!

A very selfless act - good for you Bob

I have to say there was an element of desperation involved too. :!:

I had advertised the machines here before asking for offers but it seemed no one wanted to take them straight away and also be bothered to fit motors to them.

They have been getting more and more in the way as I upgrade my workshop.

Mark seemed a nice guy and of a similar type to myself, being prepared to have a go at the motor task. Anyway I'm just happy they have gone to a good home. I've learned a lot from using my Kity combination machine but have moved on to separate machines now I have the space.
