New Version of Sketchup

I keep getting a "New Version of Sketchup" popup. The last time I downloaded, it was a trial version of the pro version and I had to reinstall. I have ver 7.1.6087, is this the latest?

Yes. It looks like you haven't gotten the Maintenance Release version. It was released about 4 months ago. The current version for PC is 7.1.6860 and for Mac it is 7.1.6859. I got that several months ago. You shouldn't have had to upload the Pro version if you were using the free version. I just closed the box when it popped up and that was it.

Thanks Dave. if I down load the free version now should I get ver 7.1.6860 and do I need to save any setting before installation?

You're welcome.

No you can just install it. It will over write what it needs to do. Your settings such as starting template and toolbar locations should remain untouched.
