Can anyone recommend a good quality, good value saw blade for my Triton saw?

I still have the original 40t saw blade in the Triton that I bought second hand..
Whilst I don't think it's in a bad state, I wonder if I may be better off with a new 48t or 60t blade? Budget is also a prime concern here - I simply can't afford to go mad. Size is 235mm 25mm arbour, I think, though I'm at work and haven't measured the arbour.

Doug, at Cutting Solutions will probably pop up soon.

First class chap to deal with and good value products.

There is a website www.cutting solutions.co.uk but he stocks a much wider range than are listed.

Welcome to the forum Si.

Thanks for the welcome.

Will take a look a the website.

Like the username... like my Dad - he had a thumb missing from a saw incident.

Hi Si,

I left a hyphen out of Doug's URL

www.cutting-solutions.co.uk

My user name is not quite accurate now. I had nine fingers when I joined the site but thanks to fantastic work at odstock hospital, I now have ten working fingers but the name has sort of stuck.

Yep, I had figured out the link, thanks.

Amazing what medical science can do now, eh? Unfortunately, my Dad's accident was 50 odd years ago.
