I'm building a router station and would appreciate some recommendations for a decent router plate. I have three different routers , an old Elu 1/4", a DeWalt 621 1/4" and an old Hitachi TR12 beast 1/2" and will be using all three in this setup. I'm so out of touch, I'm going cross eyed with googling stuff :?

Cheers in advance

Steve.

I bought a Kreg phenolic plate. its warped in both directions within a year.
to be fair, they sent a replacement instantly with no hesitation at all, but I'm looking around for a metal plate.

As you have three routers you may be best going with an un-drilled plate, or you may wish to use one of the Incra plates on the list and just drill some extra holes for your other router (or use the un-drilled version). The Incra are all 10mm aluminium with the magna plate system or the JessEm phenolic un-drilled plate is 2/3 the price but still 9.5mm thick.
