New here and have to give a shout to a turner

Hi, i tried my hand at turning a few years back and loved it but only really starting it now after years of watching youtube videos
if you watch youtube check out 'woodturning with ****' a talented turner who is a really good guy not only does he come across in his videos as a regular guy but off his own back he sent me a box of bog oak something i always wanted to turn
just wanted to say hi and i'll check in a few times a week

Welcome to the forum. You will get lots of really good advice here. I have a wood lathe and do some turning, not as much as I used to, but I still find it very relaxing. Would be nice to see pictures of things you make.
