New grinder

Has anyone used one of these yet are they any good.

According to the review it'll only handle blades up to 2" on the ramp which is a bit of a shame.

Ah - ok see there's a £50 (!) attachment for wider (than 2" blades).

Cheers, think I have gone off the idea now.

I had a load of chisels to do the other day but its amazing what I good job you can do with an ordinary twin wheel fast grinder and a diamond stone when you can be bothered :lol: .

Also I watched the video for it and noticed it only goes up to 2" unless you get the extra guide and a lot of my chisels are butt chisels so I don't know if being short bladed whether they would work on that grinder.

I looked at it, but then saw that there are and additional £150-£200 of accessories. I hate it when they do that, because I would just have to buy them all and that would push the price up to silly money. Same with Tormek.
