My first scroll saw

Hi folks

Completely new hobby for me: to build a toy theatre from some 1931 fretwork plans.

I have scoured the web for a suitable first time saw, and the US sites I find recommend either the DeWalt Shopmaster SS350 or the Delta 16" 40-570. The problem is I can't find these in the UK.

Can someone recommend a good quality first scroll saw that's going to make this project fun and accurate?

Your budget?

For fretwork You must buy something with fast change blade system.
My first scroll saw was Proxxon DSHe and doing fretfork on it is painful

Basically, of course, you get what you pay for.
