Can anyone please let me know how to set up the height of the disposable cutters from the surface of the cutter blocks on a Multico TM Tenoner.
Cheers- Bob

Hi and welcome. You dont mention what type of blocks you are using so i presume you have either whitehill or leitz type blocks. I have whitehill blocks on my TM tenoner and to fit the cutters you just have to push the disposable blades fully back into the block and I just centre the height of the cutters to the block there is a bit of leeway as the scribe cutters are about 1.5mm thick and you just have to make sure that the vertical cutters are not higher than the horizontal scribe cutters and you shouldnt have any problems.

Cheers

Jon
