Although IMPO microclene's products are a bit better than the Jet\Axminster filters.

That's 6000 cubic meters of air filtered per hour , sounds like loads to me

If you assume a generous 3 meter ceiling, the room would have to be over 14m on a side to be 600m3 in volume.

Thats a fair sized workshop!

But, why does the spec sheet on the site say suitable for a room up to 280m3?

That would be fantastic in my barn/workshop, but getting it over to France would cost too much. Shame.

the MC2800 microclene actually filters 2800 cu mtrs per hour. it is meant for upto a 280 cu mtr workshop, so it filters that volume 10 times per hour. i am the designer and manufacturer of the microclene range. based in Gosport, England. this model is now replace by the Mc3000. all my air filters have a product number that roughly equates to the air flow it has.
