Saw one just the other day made from 25x25mm box section in the
Hafelle catalogue, got a loan of the catalogue from our local ironmonger,
sells all sorts of fittings etc, also the only tools they sell are Festool.(worth a look) website not as good as the catalogue.
love the clamp trolley but being from what is it 12/18mm ply, do you get lateral movment when moving trolley with all those clamps on, or have you a diagonal bracer tucked away in the back.
Would have liked mine on the wall but running out of wall space, but I think I will make mine out of metal, will be cheaper since I get to play with metal all day.

Like enecosse I'm running running out of wall space, so it was a case of compromise on losing some floor space. The base is only 21" x 24" but it's given me more than 10ft of wall :lol: Room for another tool cabinet :lol: no I'm only joking....

Someone mentioned a diagonal cross brace, yes it does need one and in the next day or two I will add one.

I never bothered making those inner doors but I've got the wood to expand If I ever do run out of space. :lol:

Just an update on mods to the clamp rack, I've now glued and screwed a couple of braces as seen in these pics.

It's now rock solid, no wobbly movement at all.

Good job too, email was on its way to the HSE,
might have even petitioned brussels, I am sure they could spin out of a debate on elf & saftey requirments of mobile clamp cracks.
Hope you wear a hard hat and harness when stepping up for one of those big boys, Big Brother is watching. :roll:
