I bought this on the 1st September to complete a job with a family member after a gas operated unit hired had persistently failed to perform with any reliability. The Milwaukee is a bare unit item and was always going to be sold after completing the job as I'm not trade and, frankly, it would be a luxury to keep as I'll struggle to use it longer term.
I can provide the original receipt, all papers supplied in the box and evidence of the 3-year extended warranty.
It comes in a hard case and I still have the cardboard outer cover. Included in the sale will be be roughly half a box of Timco 3.1 x 90 FirmaGalv Plus plain shank nails and a similar amount of 2.8 x 63 ring shanks. I say 'roughly' as I've not individually counted them!
There are some very light marks through my use over the couple of weeks I needed it but it's in overall great nick.
I'll not deny that it's a bit heavier than a non-battery operated unit, but in my experience over previous use of other formats, I've found it extremely reliable and the weight didn't hinder me. A full summary of the unit can be found online but if anyone has any specific questions, I'll try to answer them as soon as possible.
I paid £394.99 (plus the nails) and am looking for £280 inclusive. Collection and testing would need to be from Northallerton, North Yorkshire but I'll be at the the Harrogate Show over the weekend and depending on where a prospective buyer lives, maybe able to meet up elsewhere as I'm loath to post/courier due to the hassle this has created in the past with a similar weighted item.
Cheers - Dave
