Hi All you woodturners

We were due to have a demo this evening from Mick Hanbury, but sorry to say he is in hospital having had a heart attack. I'm sure that everyone on this forum who knows him or has been to any of his great demos will, like me, be thinking of him and wishing him a speedy recovery.

Having had 4 heart attacks I know what he is going through and wish him a speedy recovery as well. I can see that the demo we will be having from him could very well be cancelled as well as it is the first saturday in June. After all his health must be top of the list at the moment.

Nasty, I too have experienced all that. Hope he recovers well. at least if you survive an attack you are in with a better chance from then on as you get the proper treatment to help you.

Had my first woodturning class since school with Mick at Craft Supplies in Derbyshire, many years on I've a lot to thank him for.
Hope you are recovering steadily Mick and hope that you are on the circuit again in due course.
