Still trying to get the 'woodshack' watertight in
Hello again all.
(Long time - no see etc. but like a bad penny I turn up every so often! :))

Anyways, just wondering if anyone has recieved the latest email from Rutlands for the offer of 6 MHG chisel set for £39.99 and whether anyone has had any experience with these little fella's. They look kinda nice, but you know - 'books and covers'.
Had a quick trawl through the forum without much success, but it's been a while since I was here and, ****, I got some reading to do! Busy here now, aint it?

Ta muchly

Interesting; they're certainly cheap enough, although the brand name (I assume MHG is a brand) is new to me.

(does search)

Hmm. Dieter Schmid is selling them, and he does NOT sell rubbish.

From a few comments I found in various fora, they're new, but initial impressions appear positive.

At the Rutland price, they sound like a good-odds gamble.

Hmmm, thanks guys. They do seem kinda good but I just wanted to check with you folks 'in-the-know' before diving in.

Sorry Andy, must have missed that issue. Only been a subscriber for about a year  But if you are still using them I may have to prise the credit card out of TPTB's purse and catch them while they're on offer! Cheers for that :)

Thanks for the searches Bugbear, never thought to do that myself #-o
Seems even our friends 'cross the pond have taken to them too..

Ta muchly chaps
