Sold Meddings LB2 drill, 240v OPEN to OFFERS

I’m selling this on behalf of my uncle, who’s downsizing his hobby workshop. I don’t know the origin of the drill; my uncle traded a motorcycle for it, with a friend, in the 1970’s, and it’s been used by him as a hobbyist ever since. It was mounted on a robust, stable, mobile base, last year, and rewired at that time. It’s in very good working order, with DOL starter and E-stop. It’s not been restored to pristine condition, but simply well maintained over the years.

It’s currently at my house, in Cheshire; collection is welcome or I can put it on a pallet. It does fit in my car, so I can potentially deliver, locally, or further afield, for the cost of fuel.
