Right-click a blank area on the desktop, then select New, Shortcut, from the resulting menu. For the command line use:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\clipbrd.exe

Hit Next and name the shortcut:

ClipBook Viewer

Hit Finish . Viewer will appear on your desktop

Just double-click to see what's on your clipboard. When first run, "restore" the viewer window it will be minimized in the lower left hand corner of the viewer program. To delete the contents of the clipboard using this utility, click the black "X" on the toolbar.

I use a lot of these as they are much quicker than fiddling with a mouse. I have also been working with visually impaired students awho of necessity use them. You can get rid of the mouse altogether if you wanted to and use nothing but the keyboard.
