Manual for Woodster Kity 3 Planer

Hi, I am looking for a manual for a Woodster Kity 3 Planer if anyone can help, It's an old machine but is in working order just need to have a look at a manual for a bit of help

If that's the 6 x 4 planer thicknesser I'll see if I can dig out the manual & scan it.

I'm pretty sure it's very similar to the planer / thicknesser used on the K5 so if you can't get a specific manual pm me and I'll send the K5 stuff which might help.

Sorry to resurrect an old post but my Kity Woodster 3 needs a new flat belt ( might be worth getting a complete new pair as one has gone, so other can't be far behind.

Where can I get one?

Anyone here have a pdf copy of the manual ?

Any markings or measurements on the belt that are legible enough to figure out its size? If it's snapped you should be able to measure the length and width of the belt anyway.

You can also use poly vee belts and timing belts running on their backs in lieu of flat belts. lots more choice of sizes open to you.

Have found probois-machinoutils as well in France who have some Kity spares.

I'll update when up and running as might save someone else a bit of time and hassle.

Just make sure you're not getting conned, machine spare stockists (especially obscure machines) love to add a massive mark-up onto the cost. It's a bit like how Felder will charge £30+ for a belt when you can pick up an identical one from a reputable manufacturer for less than £10.

I'm new to this site but I see that a couple of years ago you had a copy of the Woodster 3 manual - do you still have it? I am trying to overhaul an old Woodster 3 and I'm stumped!

Hi Robbo, aware this is a 4 year old thread now, but can you please share the manual with me also? I've just bought the kity woodster 3 off eBay and cannot find any manual or info on it anywhere!
