Nice try, but I don't think it's the right tool for this job - Stickley's version of the Morris chair
 
Magswitch are great with some caveats...

1) You need acres of steel to attach them to, small machines with shop-built extensions are limited to using physically attached boards and guides
2) They are bloody expensive

If I had big machines I'd have more of them, the one featherboard I have is excellent on the planer and useless on the table small as it's too wide for the small top
