Luna thicknesser help

Hello all
Wondering if anyone might point me in the right direction for solving the puzzle of why my thicknesser has stopped working. Its a Luna w59.
I had the machine apart to change the belt on the tablesaw motor and after putting it back together the thicknesser/planer motor now will not get going.
I can only see it as a coincidence as I did not touch the thicknesser bits when doing the saw belt. But immediately after putting it back together the problem started.
Here's a little video of what I'm seeing. Motor spins freely by hand but wont get going when switched on, just a little movement which you can't quite see in the video.

I don't know that model, but Run Capacitor seems likely as the issue.
Some machines have 2 capacitors, start and run - if you google you will see more.

I dont know the machine but are there any safety switches that prevent it starting when you open it up.

Thanks for the replies. Thought I'd better asking for dismantling and now after taking off the terminal cap the problem is all too clear. One badly corroded terminal. Thank you all anyway
