Does the title make sence??

I'm after low wattage (11watt - 20watt) ceiling spotlights that can be wired up to the existing mains lighting circuit (which is a standard ceiling rose arrangement).

Anyone know any online retailers?

Thanks Roger

Good site, as i just found some cheap main powered garden spots

What i was after was, mains powered recessed spots that run on 11watt bulbs. Like the low wattage replacement bulbs you can get, 11watt that give out the same light as a 40watt standard bulb.

I was wondering if they did this sort of thing for recessed spots but i have been told they don't :?

I've got an 11w flourescent light that is great for reading in bed as it give a more white light than your normal lights. Actually this is the second one I've had (first was inherited off Dad but the brackets was broken and finally gave way and smacked me in the face while I was asleep).

I've got halogen spots in the living room and hate them... Awful to read by and they are crap for bulb changing. I'm going to swap them for normal bayonet bulb ones shortly as yet another couple of bulbs have died in the last couple of days. To change them you only have access the a flat face of the bulb which you have put your thumbs on and twist to release them. A truly "user-unfriendly" design!
