I've done a quite few hundred holes with mine, mostly 5mm and I haven't experienced any breakage. When the cutter got blunt I sent it to SE Saws and they sharpened it for me.

There's an 'Entertainment' centre featured in this month's Fine W/Working. (Very nice design too.)

That is jointed with Dominos; loads of them. At a rough count you could have made one and a half of those cabinets, if the cutter only lasts for 50 joints!

Looking at the design though, I would say it could also be made with biscuits, and given it's a piece of fine furniture, I wouldn't expect it to have any hard usage. So I would probably use biscuits and save myself £600.00 or so!

(I'm still saving up though. A Domino will be a boon for frames in the kitchen!)
