How do I post a pic on this site The instructions are hopeless, can't seem to drag and drop a pic... size is 82kb
Timber

Click "Choose File" and then navigate your filesystem with the dialogue box that pops up (which is dependant on your operating system and browser and should be familiar to you) to find the image you wish to upload. Some browsers allow you to drag and drop an image onto the "Choose File" button (most browsers on MacOS).

I believe you can choose to include the image in a specific area of your posts by clicking "Add the file", to have it show the image where you cursor is when you click the button, otherwise the images are listed at the end of the post.

Timber I use Imgur (theres other image hosting sites of course...), I posted a quick guide a little while back in another thread and the below is copied from there. I get baffled by the on site hosting too tbh, plus this way data is hosted off site so doesn't eat into the data allowances of UKW.... That;'s my excuse anyway lol.
Imgur is a few steps. Do it once and it's simple after that but it's not as intuitive as it once was.

http://imgur.com/

Open Imgur.
Click the green 'new post' button.
Know where you stored your pics on your pc!
Click Browse in the new screen on Imgur.
Click on the pic saved on your pc and then 'open'
Imgur will have uploaded your pic.
Hover your mouse pointer over the image.
You'll see a new option box appear to the top right of your image.
Hover your mouse pointer over the downward facing arrow, this will open a few options in a drop down list.
Click on 'GET SHARE LINKS'
You'll see 4 options.
The one you want is : BBCode (Forums)
click on the blue COPY button next to it. You're bang on the case now.
Open your post on here which you have as a seperate window in your browser. Because life is short. :D
Right click and select paste where you want to leave your pic.
That's it. Job done.
Leave spaces above and below the text of your post and the image link you just pasted so it looks tidy.
For multiple pics it's easier to open a new imgur tab for each (5 pics to post, open a window for each one, as you post it on here close the window and then you (I), won't get muddled. Upload all the images to seperate windows then just copy and paste as above to fit your post.

Use the preview button on here to check your post and that's it.

Hope it helps.
Cheers
Chris
