they look great, the Snow Leopard looks superb, how did you get the circuit board ? how was it made ? forgive my ignorance, im a novice

The Panache is class, but the snow leopard wins it for me !

Lovely work - all of them.

Lovely work, it's definitely the snow leopard for me though, beautiful stuff.

sweet pens
how exactly do they make the circuit board blanks?
is it a tubular circuit board they set in acrylic or is it fancy, precise casting of different colours?

Many thanks for all the comments guys.

The slimline and Panache kits were bought from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/fun-e-turnz?_rdc=1

The blank for the Snow Leopard and full kit for the Circuit pen were bought from http://www.turners-retreat.co.uk/

The Circuit kit is a genuine (but non functioning) circuit board, rolled and cast in resin with the brass tube already inserted. To be honest i was kinda dreading turning this cos i was scared of going too far right through to the board. Not a chance..... it turned out (excuse the pun) to be one of the easiest pens i've ever done...!!

The Snow Leopard blank can be cut (on a bandsaw) and if you're very lucky can get two slimlines and a fat Classic style or 4 good 'shapely' slimlines.... if that makes sense... :?

Give it a go..... i did 8)
