Large Wadkin bandsaws for sale

This guy is selling 2 large Wadkin 3ph bandsaws for £100/ea, only one is listed but he does have another.

A little too large for my purposes but surely a bargain?

Too large for your purposes?! :shock: You just don't realise what a big bandsaw can do for you, Tommy! That's not a lot bigger than the one I bought (I bet it weighs even more, though).

A definite bargain at £100, even if you had to spend a bit extra to get it working properly. It looks sound from the photos but it would need a DC brake (£200?) fitting to make it with the H&S regs. Guard looks like it might be okay but the bottom door appears to be missing? A little rust is nothing to worry about.

I emailed him for more details on it but haven't received an email back. I have a big ol 5 horse power on now but it doesn't have any way of proper dust collection so this would be ideal.
