Hi,

Been trying my hand at turning for a few months and was asked recently by my colleagues at work to make something for one of the group who was getting married, they wanted something individual and unique. After some pondering I decided to try make a lamp from some laminates of purpleheart and maple.

It think its come out quite well as I've never tried laminated turnings before. The bride and groom seemed happy with it anyway.
