Hafele sell the Clamex S-20 biscuits in multiples of 10 which is quite handy but they don't come with screws. The proper screws are £100+ for 1,500 which to a Yorkshireman sounds a bit expensive.

I'm using them with some small countersunk screws at the moment but it's a bit of a faff, the screw head needs to be a maximum of 4mm to fit in the biscuit slot but with a decent thread.

The official screws are perfect, just seem a bit over priced at 7p for a 12mm screw, anyone got any alternatives?

Hi Doug
The saw centre do packs of 20 with screws for £40 there based in Scotland but do deliver.

They work out about £1 each from Hafele which is what attracted me to them, it's just the lack of screws that is a pain.

You can buy packs of 80 complete with screws for £105 which is looking like the best option.
