I am looking to sell my supernova 2 chuck - it fitted my record DML36 SH lathe which I believe the thread to be 3/4" x 16 TPI - the chuck has an insert to reduce the size to fit the lathe (not sure on the size).

Box it came in is a bit knackered and if I don't manage it, it needs a bit of a clean but all works - missing the alan keys and probably the main spanner but does the main one for opening and tightening the chuck : )

Hello, Cap'n
I'm in mid Devon, and interested in your chuck. I haven't turned since schooldays, some 60 odd years ago, but just got a lathe to tidy up, an early Axminster import. I think it has 1 x 12tpi thread, so I'd need an insert for that size. As the chuck is plated on steel, is the plating more or less intact, or is there loads of rust from damp shed storage? I think we are still in lockdown? My wife is shielding so we haven't been going out much since last March! Expect we could sort something out, mabe PM me?
