Chippy is right on the button for assembly time. Actually a few seconds under 5 minutes, but I can't remember exactly. 4m 50-something seconds, anyway.

They make 78 per day. Not 77, not 79, 78. Just one team.

You wouldnt believe it but my original guess was 98 per day then I thought surely they make more than that in a day so I put 298.
