JRR Tolkien inspired boxes

Hi Folks

Here is a recent commission consisting of 4 virtually identical boxes which was made to hold limited edition Tolkien books. The only thing that changed was the lid marquetry which was produced by a friend from France. The exterior was a dyed black veneer with the interior consisting of a removable tray for the first book and under the tray was space for the second book. Hardware Neat Elite Range with Tolkien inspired engraving. This was a really enjoyable project and I hope you enjoy the pictures.
