I love watching good blacksmiths at work and have done since my early years, as I used to get to spend many hours - during my apprenticeship - helping out in the neighbouring forge when the smiths (Fred Dawson, Jim Deakin and Sean Palmer) would craft bespoke fittings/hardware for furniture we were making, as well as adjust or make tools to suit our requirements. The blacksmiths I once knew have long since moved on or retired, but I still enjoy watching men like these work, so many thanks for posting the link.
