Jeremy Broun`s dvd/book on Alan Peters

Has anyone bought the new book and dvd on Alan Peters by Jeremy Broun.
On his website it says email for availability and delivery which I have done, twice, but I have had no response. Has any had better luck than me?

Don't know exactly because I was away and have now deleted the emails, but I think it was within one week. Very good service
