Yes, I have a good copy that I could sell. Softcover, Hartley & Marks publisher, 1995 edition.
If you're interested we'd have to negotiate the forum etiquette to do with selling - maybe I could post pics & details in the for sale section?

yeah sounds good to me, I've not used the for sale section, let me know when you've posted it up there 
There is a wanted section within the marketplace section for this very purpose, ethically I would say that due to its very existence no admin would have any issues with you making a direct sale between yourselves. I think the issue would be with a post in the for sale section with the intent purpose of selling it to a specific member.
Ironically if for whatever the sale doesnt go ahead I would myself be interested in purchasing the book
