Hi,as a newcomer to woodworking as a hobby and this excellent site, I am always on the lookout for tools etc. to buy.Would it not be worthwhile to set up a dedicated forum for such items, as at the moment they seem to be scattered hither and thither across the deferent listings.

I think that's been covered before - I was under the impression that established members could occasionally stick up surplus items or the previous item (having upgraded) and that's it. I could be wrong - either way someone will come along and give the current position.

True, this has been discussed plenty of times before. I'm happy for equipment and tools to be listed in the General Woodworking forum as we do at present...can't see the need for a dedicated forum - Rob
