Itech ts10 table saw blade adjustment

I'm trying to align the blade with the mitre slot but every time I tighten the bolts again it throws it out of line again, does anyone have a solution to make this work?

Guessing there's some sorta roll pins, should they still be present.
I'd take a guess it's coz of the floor is worse than it appears.
If moving it to different spots fails, then you might find it needs some persuasion while you cinch down those bolts.
