Hi all,
I'm thinking about making a full size interior door using birch ply like the below picture (minus the cat flap) and am looking for advice on how to do it. I'm imagining that laminating 2 x 18mm sheets together would be OTT (correct me if wrong) so should I make an integral frame and laminate some thin sheets to that? I presume for the edging I can rout out a 45 degree channel in the door and stick a thin strip (cut as a triangle) to that?
Any advice appreciated!
