Insulated garage doors

Hi chaps,

I've seen a few threads on insulating (and blocking off) garage doors.

The following company do insulated doors which are apparently very efficient. I don't know the specifics. They also do a door that is up and over with an in built standard door so you have access but don't have to let all the heat out etc by opening the up and over.

Thought it may of been of use to someone.
