Saw this and thought of how they'd been inspired.

Not sure if inspiring is the right word, though. Makes me
feel totally inadequate.

I got some cheap MDF recently I plan to build a bookcase for my grandson. The rocket bookcase design is perfect!!

That shows that there is always something that can be made to suit all levels of woodworking skills, you don't always need super precise woodworking tools to get a lovely result, nothing wrong with a little rustic.
