Insert size question

I have a chuck (a Supernova 2) that i'd like to be able to use on my RP DVR-XP, but it only has an insert for my Nova Comet 2, i was hoping that without the insert it would fit but of course that would be way too simple, does anyone know what size threaded insert i would need to make this possible? These kinds of calculations make my brain fizz....cheers

Consult their insert/adaptor compatability chart to find the one that matches your lathe Then search for companies that have it. If no luck then order direct from Nova. If you can't find it in the chart contact Nova directly for help.
