..............me and my partner who's disabled live in a ground floor flat, and our upstairs neighbour can be a pita, anyway for some years now when the carers come she has often kicked off about them parking " in her space" on the road outside, and if she comes home and they have parked " in her spot" she'll reverse right up to their bumpers in disgust, well this afternoon her car got clamped " untaxed vehicle" i was rolling around laughing when i saw it :lol: :lol: :lol: (hammer)

I am so lucky to live in the country and have plenty of space outside for parking etc. Yes, we have to drive every time we want to go anywhere but when we get back home it is so peaceful.

This is one reason why we moved to the country. When we married we lived in a village of 5000 people, and there was plenty of parking space outside our house. By the time we left 30 years later it was a town of 20,000 and it was not unusual to have to park several streets away on getting home from work. We both swore 'never again'...
