I need some help with my tennoner

Hello I would like to introduce myself. I have been a cabinet maker, antique restorer, carpenter, kitchen fitter and almost any to do with wood for 46 years.
I have a small workshop where I make stairs, doors and windows mainly out of Accoya, the doors and windows that is. When I am not in the workshop I am out on site my work is so varied no two days are the same.
I have just bought a new tennoner which has thrown up some problems, someone has removed the main plug and lead, so I can get both motors running but not through the switch. I am hoping someone can shed some light on the correct wiring? Also are parts easily sourced for the Tm1?

Thanks for replying to me mine has come with no tools ,on the bottom cutter block is it left or right had thread and something has removed the wiring the main plug

Just imagine the way the cutter must spin and the nut undos the same direction from the face. Inertia will tighten that nut. Easier to imagine a lathe chuck and picture how it could undo if used in reverse.
The wiring is a single plug split to 2 starters going to 2 motors. The starters aren't the best and often break. (Mine stil works ok)
The tricky bit is getting it to run parallel if it's been taken apart . The bearing arrangement is adjustable only if it's reassembled in the correct order. Take the carriage off and the carriage platform should be an equal measure from the inner and outer carriage bars(I just used a sliding square)

My problem is they have completely taken out the plug lead so I've tried to figure out positive negative connect to I can get to run though the switch but it's on permanently a bit dangerous anyway
