Got to thnking about holding things tightly, and Betty the barmaid at our "local" sprang to mind, so after a visit to sample her delicacies for lunch: on my return, I am posting up a picture of my latest creation to hold pieces of wood while they are being subdued into blanks suitable for turning.
I needed to create something that would minimise the need for a trip to A&E whilst holding the wood with my foot,,,,, (apparently A&E gets busy during my waking hours)..
Before I went to see Betty, it gripped really tightly, and I will give it a "try" later, when I have had a little nap, and see how it goes,,
