I'm not 100% sure what you mean by horizontal sliding doors.

I've been building a 3 panel bifold door to replace an up and over garage door, and purchased my hardware (Tommafold 60) from Runners-UK, I've been very satisfied with the service and quality of the product.

I believe they also offer "pure" sliding door hardware, but felt bifold worked better in terms of both utilisation of space, and the reduced criticality of the bottom track to effective functioning of the door, meaning if I do ding it up heaving heavy equipment over the cill, the likelihood of minor damage compromising function is minimised.

I'd be happy to share my plans as a PDF of its useful to you to adapt or simply consider

Good because they have pedestrian access without opening the whole door.
