Hi, from Cornwall UK

Hi all. Thank you for letting me join your little community. My name’s Pete and I am an artist and woodturner living in Cornwall UK. I’ve been woodturning for a couple of years and painting considerably longer. I have a small 8’ x 10’ workshop that is overcrowded with all my equipment! I could do with something at least twice the size. Happily retired now. Here’s some samples of what I get up to. Cheers. Pete.

I'm also from Cornwall, although I moved to France a good few years ago.

Hi Pete, Welcome to the forum. Nice work. I really like the painting. I'm up in Scotland, so was really confused by what was causing the really dark areas under the chair your are sitting on, then I remembered it's sunshine and shadows!!

That's a well filled workshop!

While I love the turning, the moorland view is quite breath taking.

Although living up near London these days, I'm from the other side of the Tamar and Dartmoor comes to mind in your picture. Fingers crossed, we'll be living back near there soon.
