a skateboard deck is made from a very dense plywood occasionally (depending on the deck) laid up with some form of plastic between each laminate, this makes for a very strong material which could be used to build thick frames.I guess you've seen diamond or huf frames which are made from laminated sheets.
a guitar hasn't got the same material qualities. acoustics are thin sheet, you maybe able to cut out set of ray ban style frames but they wont last. from an electric you will need to cut a section from a decent body made from alder, ash or maple, good tone woods. (not a cheap guitar, they aren't made of a suitable wood) have it reduced in thickness, stabilised then either routered out from a pattern or cut on a scroll saw, then a very fine groove put in to the frame for lenses. the arms would be the same, the join between frame and arm would need to be raised from the frame and glued up.
for a one off you are looking at 20-30 hours of work and prototyping to get something that may or may not work. unless you are asking for freebees then the going rate of someone to do this work is massive.
in summary,
not convinced it could be done and make something suitable strong enough to survive.
if it can be done expect to pay in thousands for someones time unless you do it yourself.
sorry fella.
