HELP NEEDED with Record Power Scrollsaw

Hi,
I'm very new to all this so please forgive me.
I've just purchased a Record Power Scrollsaw and I didn't receive a manual.
I don't know how to get the light to come on - any ideas?
Also - is there somewhere that I can download a manual from?

When I bought a a 2nd hand RPM100 Record morticer, I emailed them and they sent a manual out free of charge - very helpful company. HTH.
