I have a pair of shoulder planes in the Norris style that are unused, obtained from two distinct vendors, and approximately two years apart.
Both are clearly from the same maker, but I have been unable to identify the maker, despite contacting three knowledgeable tool vendors.
One is a 1.5 inch shoulder plane marked "HTA7", the other is a 1 inch shoulder plane marked "HTNA7 0015".
Does anyone recognize these planes? Has anyone seen another example?
